"My wife and I had decided it was time to stop renting and build some equity so as soon we were pre-qualified with our bank we started investigating what parts of the city we would like to own our first condo. It was at this part of the process that I met George Gomory. I called on a condo he had listed and he not only showed me his listing, but also others in the area. After seeing a number of condos we settled on a roomy one bedroom in a Richmond High Rise. I was very pleased with the process. George was able to e-mail me the new listings on a daily basis, set the appointments, and have the building sales history ready for each showing.
